    Hi all, wow a lot of interesting stuff here !breakfast beer now that sounds pretty good! I knew that the water wasn't as safe as the wine or beer, they are always portrayed as heavy drinkers ! But if the techniques where different due to lack or hops and fizz it may taste a bit odd! Thanks...

    Hey davereal, ah thanks , I haven't used a forum in a while , so just to clarify I can use the pressure barrel from start to finish ? Obviously buy the proper lid / injector for the stage after fermenting? Then use the co2 when it's ready to drink instead of adding the sugar for the same level...

    Hi all, I'm new to brewing (and this forum ) I have a standard wilko fermenting tub , which I used and know works . For Christmas I got the wilko pressure barrel..... Can I do all stages of the brewing in the pressure barrel? ( at the moment I'm using kits . I now know I need the injector cap...
