    St Peter's Cream Stout.

Ruby is one of my favourite kits. Have made it 3 times now and tastes great every time. All my family love it too. The stout is a great as well.

    Woodfordes, Sundew Review

Didn't like this at all when it was young. Nearly binned it in fact. Very watery thin taste but have to say this is 12 weeks old now and is much much better. Quite a nice pint. Just goes to say that it was worth the wait.

    Carbonation issues...

Hi mate. I only bottle mine but looking round online it could be you have a leak. How much priming sugar did you use? I,m sure someone will be along to advise you with more knowledge than me.

Looks good mate. Might give this a go next time. Did the pilgrims hope last year which was superb.

Hello new brewer in East Anglia

Hi Lloyd I live in wisbech. There is a place in newborough near Peterborough called Burghley homebrew. They have a website and all my mates buy their gear from them. Not sure if that,s to far away? I don,t think it's a big place but I believe he does brew some of the kits so you can try them also.

    Festival, Pilgrims Hope Review

All bottled up. Just need to leave alone for a few weeks to finish. Very easy kit to follow.

    Festival, Pilgrims Hope Review

Just got this on the go right now and it,s my first ever home brew! Was recommended the festival range as lots of people have had good success including a couple of mates who brew. Fingers crossed its better than the last home brew I tasted 20 years ago lol.
