Nice work C :thumb: Unless you brew in an environment where it's the same temp as your mash you'll always need to be insulated, or, replacing the heat loss with a HERMS/RIMS system :thumb:...and even if you have a HERMS/RIMS insulation helps reduce energy consumption which can only be a good...

My brew table is exterior varnished marine ply and 'the mould' attacked it. I bleached it several times, the mould always comes back. I still haven't solved it, just have to keep re-beaching which is a RPITA. I think the mould gets into the grain and it's impossible to kill once in there (within...
