    BIAB with electric boiler?

    BIAB = Brew In A Bag. There is a very good post on here somewher about it, im still trying to locate. So that i can re-post it.

    When i first started AG brewing, i used the BIAB method. I produced very drinkable beer just using a ELECTRUM boiler and a grain bag.

    Mate, you can get the glycerine from any super market, you will find it in the baking section. As for the tannin, just brew up a strong cup of tea, minus the milk and sugar.

    mash one day, leave it till the next day and then boil. Ive done this once.

    if i was you i would dry hop your next kit with something like Cascade. Or even try someting like i did with THE BEER.

    Never used it on a WOW Wez, but used it a couple of times on Ribena wines and i was very pleased with the results.

    ive been shopping

    I agree with Adrian on this one, holes for hops and slots for grain. When i made my tun, i used a dremel to cut the slots. It only took about half an hourand around 10 cutting disks.

    On my first 2 brew i used a grain bag, no problems with either.

    the boil

    As Eddie says, put the lid on till it reaches the boil, then remove once the boil gets going.
