    The tap you have is fine, i used them on my MT and Boilers. Just get yourself a 15mm tank conector. Just remember that you will have to drill it out to accept 15mm pipe.

    From start to finish, anything between 6 and 9 hours. And that includes cleaning up as well. When i used to brew, i didnt use a chiller, all i did was let it cool over night, or stick the FV into a bath full of cold water. Good luck on popping you cherry. Whats your maiden brew going to be?

    Ill have to agree with John on this. But McEwans Champion runs a very close second. And the first and second batch of my Honey beer is the best HB beer, ive tried. EDIT - GOD I MISS BREWING AND DRINKING.
