    Innis and Gunn Extract Clone

    Just opened the first bottle today! and its awesome, about the right colour, still needs a little time to clear and most importantly it tastes bang on! lovely toffee, caramel and vanilla flavours with a slight alcohol tinge at the end! Hopefully it will continue to improve with age! :)

    I have to agree with the guys above, the Inkbird controller is cheaper and dose pretty much everything you need and is a good quality product! Its also really easy to use! Would recomend for anyone!

    thanks for all the help guys appreciate it, never realised how much maths was involved in all of this until recently! and will squeeze and sparge away @cheapbrew - grains used were 500 pilsner malt, 500g wheat malt, 500 g of flaked oats
