    AG#1 Boddingtons Clone - job done ;)

It will still taste more bitter than you expect while ever there is a lot of yeast in suspension, it will improve as it clears :thumb: I would leave for at least 3 more days on the yeast cake after fermentation has finished to allow a lot more yeast to drop out of suspension and allow the...

In your starter kit you will have a hydrometer, read the instructions on how to use it, then wait until the yeast has been pitched for at least 7 days, then take a reading and make a note of that reading. How to make a premium beer kit, from start to finish.

What you have to appreciate is that a beer kit whether it is a one can kit or two can is designed to give a certain level of bitterness, so if you use two one can kits to make 40 pints it will be rather bitter ;)

    what sugar ???

What level of carbonation are you trying to achieve? You say that you are brewing coopers lager and draught kits, are you looking to get the same level of gas as a commercial beer? If so then I am afraid that you aren't going to get it from a plastic keg, they are fitted with a pressure relief...
