    PINTER beer system

I’ve got a Pinter 1, it got me into AG. I’ve not used it since I started properly brewing, still have a Weiss beer kit in the fridge which I should run through it really. The beer was good with less of the ‘twang’ I’ve had with normal extract kits. Dr Hanns has done a series of ‘shake and...

    Hi from Edinburgh

Lodainn I’d go bigger with the pot if you can. Argos do a relatively cheap 11L one. I find that is just sufficient for 1 Gallon batches. You can push things up if you do extract and steeped grains.

The Greater Good Fresh Brewing Co. - Pinter!

...have made beer, albeit around 6 years ago, but I always plan to dust off the kettle and get back to it, so The Greater Good Fresh Brewing Co - Pinter! was a well thought present on their part. My first impression, after a little research into what it is and how it works was; this seems like...

    Hello from Stirlingshire

...I live in Stirling, not far from the Torbrex Inn. I am an aeronautical engineer, and relatively new to this brewing lark. Started off with a Pinter (this was my gateway to this hobby, and have enjoyed some good brews) but rapidly embraced all-grain. Have been brewing small batches as can’t...

    CO2 cylinders.

...It’s around £55 deposit and 25 or so for a 6kg refill. He might not be taking on new customers as they‘re short of gas and cylinders, I could only get a 3kg one as I was an existing customer. He‘s a nice bloke, does homebrews in a Pinter, had a good chat with him last week when I was there.

    Hello from sunny north London

Hi all, Have just joined, currently using a Pinter but looking to increase knowledge and branch out a bit, initially by kegging the beer from the Pinter rather than drinking it directly and trying out a bit of dry hopping etc to boost the flavour. Have recently built a kegerator for dispensing...

    What did you brew today?

Just mashing an amber lager to go in the pinter. This week i bottled a Sierra Nevada clone and an as yet to be named english ipa, which came out at 6.3% because nottingham is a workhorse.

    Ss Brewtech Kettle

...am just introducing myself to BIAB brewing, pretty much starting from scratch. I've done a couple of extract kit brews and owned a couple of pinters. I have a plentiful supply of propane so have decided to go down this route. I will also be brewing outside so this helps a little. I was...

    Rauchbier with kveik yeast

...by rising temps during fermentation. Other yeast i have is liberty bell and saf04. I think i planned to do a small batch in the pressurised Pinter using lager yeast, but for whatever reason that's gone by the by. So now i need quick stock for Christmas and have some opened magnum hops to...

    Water profile for wheat beer

    Pinter cask and future

...@stubrewworx which he posted in January it'll be interesting to hear if it ended up in the loft. (link at the bottom) Do I recommend the Pinter!? Not really, not as the supplier intend you to use it. £15 to make 10 pints of not very good beer. You could enhance the kit with yeast, dry etc...

    PINTER beer system

Check it out on YouTube. Judging by comments on Pinter Facebook group it has a few teething issues.

    Acquired a Pinter

I'd plan to drink it over 2 consecutive nights, or better still 1 night if you friends round. I have a spare pinter which i plan to remove the carbination dial with the possibility to connect some gas.

    Motorhome Brewer

...doing small batches due to living in our motorhome so 10 to 12 litres at a time... In the meantime while I wait for everything I need I've bought a couple of (Pinter's) brews... I'll be using a bucket to ferment them and will bottle condition... So for now that's a little about me and why...

    What did you brew today?

Will be interesting to know the results, I've done a 7 day wheat in the pinter, which i thought it was good. Then did a 2 week wheat using the slurry and it wasnt as good, could be the yeast changed from the 1st but I also changed the water profile. Next I'll try the 1st few days with no...
