Hi 31bb3, Thanks for the quick reply. Not yet tasted it. It smells pretty much the sames as I recall it did when I put it there - beery. Its sat undisturbed with a lid on in a cupboard that has a constant temp of 20-21 degrees. Should I brave a quick taste?
