    HI all I want to brew a chocolate flavored stout but not sure how to achieve this. I have brewed stouts in the past successfully using SAMSONS IRISH STOUT malt extract with dry dark spray malt. What i really need to know is when to add a chocolate flavor ie before fermentation or arfter. Also...
