Collected my Cornys from BKT yesterday and looking forward to transferring my first brew to one of them as soon as fermentation is done. I plan on carbonating with Co2 instead of priming sugar, but just wondered...does the lack of priming sugar change the taste at all?

Festival Pilsner kit bottled yesterday and Festival Pilgrims Hope kit going on today which will be kegged in my new Cornys from BKT which im collecting tomorrow lunchtime. Very excited at getting back into brewing after a long time away from it.

Hi All, I'm looking for ideas for a fridge/freezer conversion. Ideally to fit 2 x 19L Corny kegs and around 40 x 500ml bottles. Has anyone done a conversion to a chest freezer or upright fridge/freezer? I don't have heaps of space so looking to keep it as compact as possible.
