    Dry hopping and sanitation

Isn't that why dry hopping became a thing for when the beer was transported on the ships over to india etc? If not that was a cracking dream I had about it :)

    Pilsner swap?

Anyone fancy a swap of a Pilsner style? First ever attempt so want to see where it lies :)

    Pilsner brew day :)

Just cracked open a bottle for @Manxnorton to have a try of and I'm chuffed to say the least. Bubbles are spot on and the flavours a lovely malt with no off tastes at all! Head retention isn't the best so I'm going to ramp it up a couple degrees for a few days to get the last of the sugars...

How long do you condition for?

Whoa mate, I'll have you know I ate the grains before I brewed last time and poured the yeast in my mouth. I drank the beer whilst it was fermenting. Nah haha! But I am going to pop a beer or 6 I bottled exactly 5 days ago tonight as the suns out :)

    Youngs American Pale Ale (APA)

I had a bottle a week after haha! It conditioned a load better and was probably at its peak for my pallet around 2 months into conditioning. Can't comment on any longer as I drank about 20 bottles during a mad weekend and it was all gone haha :p

Fursty Ferret-type of clone thingy :-)

No Bother at all mate I'll be picking it up at some point to crack on with the Proper Punk IPA and then the Limey we were texting about this morning :)

How long do you condition for?

I usually whack it in the fridge to get it to drinking temp haha! Nice to see how the flavours/dry hop come through pre carb

How long do you condition for?

Aye I carbonate in the ferm fridge then they all go into the garage. Never had a bad brew yet out of the 8 AG ones I've done :)

How long do you condition for?

Good tips mate as I have a pilsner currently in primary so will be making sure I don't do the same after bottling!

How long do you condition for?

Just curious after reading a load of info today on conditioning and how long people leave brews for before trying. I'm an absolute hop head and usually condition for around 4 weeks before I pop one open but saw some people mention times up to 18 months! Is this even possible? I wouldn't have...
