Igenix 30L Stainless Steel Catering Urn

What about this? Figure out how to get a hose on the tap though. Digital display when adjusting temperature. https://www.amazon.co.uk/MYLEK-Catering-Digital-Boiler-Dispenser/dp/B07TZ1GZNT/ref=mp_s_a_1_16?dchild=1&keywords=boiler+30+litre&qid=1596131098&sr=8-16 Glitch made me not see the above...

Cool. Please share the recipe! I've read on the bottle Pale, roasted barley, Fuggles. First Gold and Perle

What are you drinking tonight 2020.

A bottle of Old Jock Scotch Ale to start the evening wind down

    Kveik

Hmm curious. No furious bubbling or massive krausen for either of my two brews: impy stout and pale ale. Just a big cookie crust on the former brew.

    Belgian Beers to try?

Avoid Grimbergen. Artificial tasting and too sweet. Reminiscent of those traffic light lollipops when I was a kid. Gulden Draak and Piraat are lovely, as are Tripel Karmeliet and Kwak too, at the more floral end.

Can anyone recommend a decent lager kit?

Hey there. I've never understood why they say the brewing sugar is included. It's two pouches of liquid malt extract; it is the sugar! There's no additional sugar provided. 🤔

Solid crust of yeast in fermenter

Hopefully my stuff sticks to the edges too

Solid crust of yeast in fermenter

That's exactly the same situation with me. Wish I didn't break it up now, which would make bottling easier.

Solid crust of yeast in fermenter

I was worried about infection, but it's tasted OK over the two gravity samples. Phew!

Solid crust of yeast in fermenter

Yeah. A week apart to be sure. Good point thanks👍

Solid crust of yeast in fermenter

    Yes. What do you think?

Solid crust of yeast in fermenter

    Try two plus weeks ☹️

Solid crust of yeast in fermenter

CML Kveik Voss. Perhaps used too much at 11g for a 10 litre batch. Only swirled to break up the cookie

Cool. Looking forward to a more streamlined brewing process! Good luck with yours!

    ****Fermentasaurus Mega Giveaway****

Hi I would like either please, but preferably the Fermentasaurus Gen 2 Starter Kit as I have never pressure fermented before, but unlike the yeast I won't p*ss and fart everywhere under pressure and get into 'trub'le!😉 Thanks for the offer
