I just ran this through Brewmate and using the default AA for the hops it came out at 48 IBU for me (chinook 60 min addition and the rest at 5 mins), not sure why it's came out so low for you? You could add a little crystal malt to darken it if you wish, maybe 100g or so of crystal 40.

You'll not regret it, I had one for a month and loved it. Not yet worked out how to sneak one into the house full time though!

I don't have the numbers in front of me, but I brewed a 9.5% Tripel with the CML Belgian yeast, 1 pack got 10 litres down to around 1.012 no problem and it tasted great.

Rochefort 10 for me. If I could pick a brewery though it would be De Molen, everything I've had from them has been outstanding.

Less than 48 hrs after pitching mine has dropped from 1.085 to 1.030. Sample already tastes very promising :)

Anyone used the Belgian yeast yet? Brewed a Tripel last night using this and I was keen to hear others thoughts on it.

I've got this kit and it's still going strong after a year of use and it's all you'll need to start BIAB. Doesn't come with a hop strainer though so you might want some muslin bags as well :)

I've had two batches off them and the 2nd one I couldn't fault. They're a new company ironing out some teething problems, considering that they cost buttons, is it really worth kicking up a fuss for a few free caps?

Mine are really good as well, I'll be using them again :)
