    Vanilla oatmeal stout??

Just looked at our bottle of extract in the baking cupboard. Apparently 15ml = 1 vanilla bean. Bottle is 60ml (therefore = 4 beans) So 1 whole bottle of extract into FV, What do you think? Too much or not enough?

    Peanut butter oatmeal stout??

Anyone made a peanut butter (and maybe chocolate) oatmeal stout? If so would you share your recipe? I’m considering coming up with something and might use PB2 (a powdered peanut butter health food) in secondary? They also do a chocolate flavour one, or maybe cocoa nibs....... Any hints/tips??!

    200litre MT sparge rate??

On my 40litre system I normally sparge at a rate of 1 litre per min and this works well for me.... I’m clear on how to calculate the amount of sugar I need for batch priming and until now have always added this dry into bottling bucket, then racked beer onto it. I’d like to try and add the priming in the same way but as a solution. How much water should I mix say 100g of dextrose with to...
