    Defrosting.

    I pop an old double duvet cover of the windscreen every night, just jam in the driver and passenger door, then just throw in the boot until needed. Windscreen nice and clear every morning. works for me as car is off the road and in a drive. no scraping or de-icing.

    Heater belt

    :thumb: Just bought one from Fleabay, much cheaper than a belt and can be sunk under some mesh to keep them away from it. Good call Terry!

    Looking for a cheap heater belt, Wont be used for homebrew but to make sure a bucket of water doesn't freeze for our chickens. any recommendations for something that is reliable but cheap! Cheers

    Wood freak to the next level mate:whistle: First one is the wood stove, the next two are our biomass system, burns logs, heats the whole house and hot water....full time hobby cutting and splitting for that monster :doh:

    Auto Siphon Drama - FV to Keg

    Mine didn't suck air the first time, then started to....but a little bit of stars an in the tube above the seal solved this. Really like mine, better the having to duck and hope it works.

    Had a Williams bros birds and bees, a marstons amber and now on to my own kit of bad cat red, the kit beer is knocking the cold. The other two were just normal.

    Hi Gazz, Do not think there is a sticky with fridge types, the problem your going to encounter is getting the 3 kegs in, most will take two easily but 3 and the gas bottle will be a push. I have a tall larder freezer that I use as a brew fridge I would possibly get 4 kegs in, pop the gas...

    Would argue that, if the HE is under guarantee, then that certainly should not cost you if that part has caused further damage. likewise the call out should be free as the part is faulty. At work my departments fit loads of Bosch boilers every year, normally very good with customer service...
