This years (brewed 2021) imperial stout. I like to do one a year and was very late tapping this one which was brewed with cml kweik yeast.Its dangerously drinkable.
Black Isle Brewery has two tap rooms in Fort William and Inverness. Both well worth a visit. FW has better pizzas, Inverness rotates the beer more often. Neither are exactly big towns.
Some exceptions. I have visited both taprooms and back in the area this summer for more "research"

How accurate is this spice mix. My facebook feed has a company offering an authentic mix with good reviews but it can't be that hard to get the right combo?

Was watching a blog today about vacuum sealing your fermentation. Recon its worth a go as I've a vacuum sealer for storing hops.
