What is everyone using these lifts for? Is it to get the beer out if your unit doesn't have a pump?

Agree with others about water treatment. No need to get too complicated. If you always keg your beer, the other thing I would suggest is to try bottling some. I know many (most?) on here swear by kegging, but for me my bottled beer tastes better. Next brew you could just do a few pints extra...

That isn't reflected by actual used EV prices.

They vary, round here between 35p/kwh and 65p. The faster ones are usually more expensive. At the public charger I occasionally use, price per mile is about the dame as my old diesel.

This is an unnecessarily disparaging reply. The fact that there isn't an EV for your use case (yet) doesn't mean that all EVs are for people with 'nowhere to go'.

I'd vote for the ring o'bells, lovely pub, and also the brewery arts centre which does surprisingly good food and beer. Both in the bottom end of town. (I used to avoid the Spoons mainly because of the owner.)

I got the gf tap for my g40 and I much prefer it to using the nut. No izsues with getting hop crud out. But I have switched from leaf to pellet, as leaf kept blocking the pump. Gf tap is nicely made.

That will be it. We saved 70p first time, and £1.42 second time, but we don't normally use much at that time. This is why they only announce the dfate/time 24 hours in advance - to prevent people 'gaming' the deal by saving their washing etc until a given slot to produce an abnormally high...

It all depends on how much you normally use in that time slot. So if you normally run the dishwasher, washing machine, grainfather and oven during that time slot and you go to the pub instead, you will save a lot!
