Sold 30 litre Brew Devil all-in-one microbrewery

Details of the kit can be found here - 30L BrewDevil Microbrewery - but essentially this is a programmable all-in-one capable of a 30 litre batch (although watch that hot break like a hawk!) and recirculation during the mash. The sight glass has been fitted but has a slight crack from...

    What did you brew today?

A Tribute clone of sorts. 30 litre batch, 20 litres of which got a Mystic whirlpool addition & fermenting with Nottingham & 10 litres with a Saaz whirlpool & K97 yeast. Haven't brewed for a couple of months so was nice to hit all the numbers - mash pH, volumes & OG.

February 2023 competition - Dark beers

Sorry everyone, I have actually been laid low with a stomach bug this week (not @pilgrimhudd Dunkelweizen related) & today is the 1st day I've felt human again. I'll get results & feedback posted out over the weekend. Apologies again for the delay.

Norwich Amateur Brewers - Brew Like A Monk (14 October 2023)

@MartinHaworth Just gone to pay for my entry & seen that the style I had originally entered, Flanders Red Ale, is no longer on the list. My backup was a saison & that's not on there either. Is that right?

February 2023 competition - Dark beers

I've received a "Made Up Stout" today but there are no details of the brewer. Anyone laying claim? I think that makes 11 (!!) entries so we'll judge as many as we can on Saturday & I'll let everyone know if we need a 2nd night!

February 2023 competition - Dark beers

Received a fair few different styles already for this month's competition - brown ale, milk stout, porter, herfstbock, dunkelweizen, impy... Anymore takers? I'll be judging this with a brewing mate next Saturday 4/3 so still time to post this week.
