    I made up a batch of Woodfordes Wherry the other day and on the Saturday I had a peak and their was a Krausen on top. Had a peak today and there was no signs of action. Have I ballsed this up?!?

    So I made a batch of TC last Wednesday and in the videos I saw etc it said it would be about a week. Just checked it and it seems ready now......obviously apart from the Hydrometer test could that be so? Does that mean I can bottle it etc? athumb.. No fermentation going on so......yeah? clapa
