I`ve brewed and bottles hundreds of bottles of beers, ales etc and decided to buy a barrel. I made a lager to put in it ( the only kit I had) but although there is loads of pressure in the barrel and head on the lager it is flat. Is that because a barrel is more suited to ale or could there be...
