Hi, Took delivery of my brewing kit at midday today and currently have the first batch (23L) of 'JOHN BULL COUNTRY CIDER' on the go. Seemed pretty easy to get the cider to the fermenting stage. We have a room where we are going to store the vessel. It is 19C in this room. What do you think...
