    Thanks for that, its still bubbling but very slowly, will just wait till it stops, in no hurry, I'm still busy, I have a 33 bottle Wine kit from the Range to brew, and I've a Woodfords Wherry Amber ale to go into the pressure barrel tomorrow. Happy days

    I started my elderflower wine on the 8th of June the next day it was bubbling away nicely, today it has slowed down a lot but still active, I did a hydrometer reading and its at 40 appears to be taken a long time

    I have two brewing buckets, and my Woodfords Wherry Amber ale is bubbling nicely. Would you just put it in the King Keg when finished, or would you rack it into the spare bucket, and then into the keg ?

    It says up to 100 g of primer sugar for a pressure barrel, how much do you experienced brewers put in ?

    sorry I have now sorted, six bottles of wine is the equivalent of 8 pts, so it sifting at 8pints so it's okay sorry for the silly question

    I bought a Wilkinson 6 bottle wine kit, I know now I should have marked 6 bottles on the demi before I started, anyway working from litres to pints it looks like I've made it up to seven bottles instead of the proper six. So I take it, I will have lost strength, I suppose when I come to drink...

    Been looking everywhere for a new King Keg top tap, but none available anywhere on the net, and the second hand ones on ebay the prices are through the roof, I wonder when the new kegs will come back on sale, I have a 40 pint of Woodfords Sherry, waiting to be brewed

    I fancied trying this one, but I could only get one litre of Apple, and only Welches purple grape juice one litre it has reduced sugar would you still use 750g of sugar or would you up it. And would you add the glycerine and juice of a lemon which are optional.
