Valves arrived today and as I was advised [emoji53] by hoptoit there is not enough room to fit into a 2" cap with an S30. I'm going to follow a few other members and try and fit the valve onto the shoulder of the barrel instead! [emoji3]

I find dry hopping on day 7 and then moving to a cooler area (about 8 degrees in my garage) on day 13-15 produces a nice clear beer - all the hops drop to the bottom and act as a great filter! This way the hops are only in for 8 days which seems about right!

Kit assembled with no problems at all! The set up works brilliantly. Only have to screw onto the barrels finger tight in order to add pressure so easy to swap between several barrels. Really nice to be able to use the CO2 regulator to add gradual amounts of pressure - I can even do this...
