Combination of buckets (one which has lasted 10yrs) & a 20L Speidel. Plans to acquire a 30L Speidel. I move too much to have SS trophies to pack.

I only have plastic too. However, I'm replacing regular buckets with spigots with Speidels. A bit more costly, but they last forever. I use them as primary & secondary fermenters. Most come with vapor-traps & spigots. Plus their considerably easier to carry around when necessary...
