Just bottled this today. Tried a sample and tastes decent. Think this is going to be a very nice wine around Christmas and into the new year. Only did the 6 bottle kit. Ended up with 5 1/2. Now tucked away in a dark place :).

I've got bottles everywhere but thinking of getting a pressure barrel for storage (because it's a bit of a pain spilling everything on the floor and bottling). But also for batch priming in the barrel. Don't know anything about them though and never batch primed either. But surely must save time...

Another wash out day, So off to Leyland home brew and picked up a 6 bottle beaverdale pinot grigio kit for Christmas (if it lasts that long) and a Simply bitter kit with brew enhancer. Bottom picture indicates what a breakfast bar was made for lol
