    Next door calls me the beer fairy because I'm always dropping beer round for them to try. Honestly because I want a second opinion. Also after some years of brewing I'm no longer tempted to try dumb stuff like loading up a brew with crystal malt or adding licorice

    l have a glass of some sort in the house we tend not to choose to drink from a plastic "glass" most of us brew in a plastic FV as a SS FV is an expensive option but one I imagine all of us would choose if they were only £10 dearer than a plastic FV.

    I fermented some of my excess chilies last year to make a tabasco like sause. Put them in a salt solution. This stops everything except some lactos from working. More details on the old www. But it turned out alright.

    I use 30l stainless milk churns, as said by others you can pour boiling wort into them, I never sterilise them with chemicals. I don't use air locks either, the lid pops up a bit sometimes but milk churn lids are deep. Done over 200 brews with them and not a problem. Cost effective to

    I think galaxy is a bit ruff in large amounts and before it gets to settle down, then its fine. Ive made DKs Galaxy delight a couple of times a while ago and both times very resinius until it settles and drops bright. So im not sure about useing it profusly in a hazy beer. I've not let beta...

    I love verdant I think it brings a soft pillowy feel to the beer and in my opinion some of the hop aromas remain in suspension far better in a cloudy beer.

    I use t in all my hop fwd beers i do use less hops these days but not done anything scienific to prove it.
