    Brew fridge advice please!

Most tall freezers have cooling pipes built into the shelves which are non removable.

    Beer Gun

If it's just for a few bottle, just get a carbonation cap. Plenty of youtube videos that show how to use it as a counter pressure filler. I also find it great for cleaning beer lines, or just making fizzy water.

    Another Water Profile Question

Do commercial breweries treat their water? I live about a mile from Siren Craft brewery so I presume my tap water is pretty much the same as theirs - I'm due to do the tour there once they are back open so I will ask them when I get the chance....

Best kits for quick drinking from a corny keg

Coopers Stout, does improve with age, but is certainly very drinkable as soon as it’s kegged. Plenty of options for tweaking too if you want to up the ABV!

    Coopers Canadian Blonde

I kegged 19l of this in a corny on the 9th May. Made with coopers brew enhancer 2 and 500g Light spray malt. OG 1.052 FG 1.014 after 2 weeks at 21.5C. ABV 4.99 First taste is not great, it has quite a pronounced banana flavour. I hope it improves with age....

What's the best way you've found to bottle/keg your beer?

Auto Siphon and Corny kegs. Easy! I have a tap on my fermenting buckets that I use for gravity samples, but I find it's a bit of a yeast trap so I don't use it for transferring the beer to kegs.

    CO2 Regulator - Help

That white plastic washer is sacrificial. You can unscrew the end and replace it. The new one will mate to the shape of the cylinder and make a tight seal.

    Brew length for a Corny?

To be honest I can’t be bothered bottling the last dregs (more cleaning, sanitising etc) hence the question.

    Brew length for a Corny?

As per the title I’m looking for the right brew volume to fill a Corny without too much waste. Given Cornies are 19L, I think 20-21l to account for leaving the yeast trub etc in the FV I just want the be efficient without wasting beer wink... My cornies are breeding,1 has become 5!
