    I believe Windsor doesn't ferment maltotriose(Lallemand London either?). That 75% attenuation may not take this into account?

    I'm not sure about the omega recommendations, but I used some dried skare in a 8l batch and that was only 2g, which turned out pretty well. Might be one to experiment a bit with I guess

    Day late but I brewed an old ale using Halcyon, pale chocolate, special b & dark Candi sugar with challenger & Northdown hops & a blend of 3 lallemand yeasts(Nottingham, London & verdant). Also boiled down a litre of pre boil volume to a syrup and added that back in. OG came in at 1.086
