The one I am fermenting at the moment I had to do this several times it's been going around 3 weeks now but the readings are nearly stopped so I will bottle it soon. First time with a liquid yeast and a starter so I'm not used to how it's behaved I'm used to 10-14 days and finished.

It sounds from what I can find if you are planning to serve from it then a CO2 cannister will be required.

I'm not keen on using a co2 cylinder which is why I'm asking - if it can generate it's own pressure I think I'll get one. Hope you are right thanks ;)

Maybe a stupid question sorry but what pressurises these allrounders? Do you connect direct to co2 cannisters?

Just did mine and my plastic fermenters with Chemclean and water. Have oxi as well not used it yet.
