    Finings and clearing

Hi all, sorry if this has been covered. Done the dark rock part mash kit (tribute to tribute). Hit the the FG in the instructions and I’ve added the finings today. My question is, I used a fermentation fridge at 20c so should I now drop the temp of the fridge now the finings are in there to...

    Pub quality extract kit.

I brewed the wilko chocmeister stout last year and that is a good kit if you can leave it mature for 6 months or so. It says you can drink after a few weeks but I wouldn't bother. Let it mature.

    mixed feelings about bottling

    Combining one gallon kits

Hello, New to brewing so go gently! I have a few one gallon Brooklyn Brew Shop kits. I was wondering could I combine them to make up a 5 gallon batch? Combine the same style kits of course. I've got two 10 litre pans to brew the wort if that helps. Other than I'm what you call an ***** when...

Fermentasaurus Gen 2 Starter Kit Pretty newish to brewing over the last year and like most, I started with extract kits with some success (Mangrove Jacks Juicy IPA was superb) and with some spectacular failures, much to my father-in-laws merriment. When a new fridge arrived to store beers in...
