    I used a beer glass I suspect, it's very new I know and used what came with the coopers kit, I.e the carbon drops. The laser/widget thing sounds interesting, are they readily available? I'm quite liking this lol might have to buy another bucket! Edit: just did some goggling as my daughter...

    Well, after several weeks in storage, I opened one of my coopers lagers... And I was quite surprised how nice it was, only been about 2 weeks secondary ferment and 2 hrs in the fridge! But quite pleased with the result, not being a great lager drinker, it doesn't taste any worse than some of the...

    Just seen the above and fancied giving it a go, but confused regarding quantities... I assume total should be 5ltrs to fill the Demi John, 1ltr rgj is fairly obvious is 1.5ltrs of Apple and blackcurrant - is that 1.5ltrs of each? Total 4ltrs and the rest made up with water to 5ltrs...

    Cheers for the quick reply, will give that a try, at least I can get that on the go tomorrow, which means a trip to wilkos to pick up another Wherry kit at that super price of £14.00 ish - just hope bbq season is a good one... Got a lot of beer to drink!
