    This is my stock system i use 12g priming sugar with a hand pump if the beer is being drunk within a day or two and the party star CO2 if I am drinking the beer over a week.

    Ok I use a fast fermenter jacket with 2 2 litre lemonade bottles filled with salted water, which maintains 18 degrees C during summer, I change the bottles every 24 hrs salted water takes longer to defrost.     I only brew extract due to time and finacial constraints, I have a second hand brewlution boiler basic cooling methods, which makes very drinkable ales so much so tha I no longer buy commercial ales. Happy brewing
