I used it a couple of times but it was difficult to remove if I wanted to stir the mash so I stopped using it. I haven’t felt the need for a mid-mash stir for a while so I might try it again.

I set the boil target temperature to 103c on my BZ. It never gets there so keeps the power on. Once boiling I wind the power down to 50%.
