    How to make Turbo Cider.

I started to hydro at the start and finish and used a calculation (which ive lost) to work it out, then i thought it tastes ok and did the trick so stop bothering with the hydro for the same amount on the following batch

    How to make Turbo Cider.

Chippy, the one thing im very confused at ( well a few actually) this is pretty much a WOW recipe so how does it become a cider and not a wine? And i have added a bag of sugar to my wow and it wasnt too strong? Im sure all this will become clear one day soon.

    How to make Turbo Cider.

just looked at my bottles. Red grape juice is 16g per 100 and Apple juice is 12g per 100. Not sure how to work out the ABV of anything ive made as yet, as ive only done kits and a WOW wine whee i just followed a recipe given.

    How to make Turbo Cider.

You mean sugar Chippy i take not juice? This does get confusing i have to say as some say add it to the demi, you and other recipes leave the sugar out? Now this first batch will either be as flat as a witches *** or blow my head off.. (either way it'll get drunk) Thanks once again Chippy

    Cellar7 merlot

yeah the merlot still does taste a tad tangy to be honest. Ive done a Beaverdale Pinot and that tastes like a shop bought one. I think the issue with the Merlot was that i didnt de-gas enough? Im not 100% sure as im new at this, but the Pinot got a serious de-gassing and that tastes really nice...

    Lager brewing

Thanks for the info, very much appreciated. For your infor, ive been using 5/6 carbonation drops per 2 litre bottle, and some bottles ive used 4.5 tsp of normal sugar instead, just to see if this makes any difference. One other point that i need to mention is that the lager is very clear in the...

    Lager brewing

Once again after trying a different method of the bottling process etc, im still finding after leaving the lager to do its thing for a good few weeks that the lager once opened from a PEP bottle does as...

As im new at this 'wow' making, i have had some very decent help from Chippy t and others, and im currently on my 4th Dj of the supermarket wine.
