Well here we go, my first AG brew day, gone with a Summer Lightening clone. First time using my own equipment so lessons will be learnt. In boiler now so will update.

I love Thornbridge beers, they have a nack of making crisp light tastings beers that are quite strong but taste like a session ale. There Wild Raven is a black IPA which is good but my favourite is Jaipur but Huck is also good.

Big thread on this elsewhere, as said it is quite strong but I enjoyed mine when I made it.

WD40 will get most stuff off as well
