I have used both kits but with different styles and I just about prefer the WE. The added extra juice is noticeable imho and produces a greater body. Is it worth the �£20 in cost not sure but when you spread that over the bottles it next to nothing.

I've just done a saison and used both WLP and the Wyeast strains in the fermenter. They say they lag at about 1030 but mine went straight through. I based the recipe on a Dupont if you want the recipe pm me.

Where's the best place to get water profiles from. I manly brew Begian beers and the odd IPA. Thanks
