    What are you drinking tonight.

I had a few of those on Saturday night in the House. Very tasty. He's started brewing bespoke beers for a couple of Restaurants in town now. Also lovely.

Only seeing this now, apologies for the delay in replying. I didn't know what to expect, maybe a salty kick to it. It was very tasty, definitely unusual. Lovely & creamy. I don't think this will bring the shops for much longer.

I went into the Offie looking for that tonight but they had none so went with this instead. Loved their Scraggy Bay.

First time trying NEIPA. This is from a brewery just across the Border in Co. Donegal. I was expecting more flavour but this still has a nice kick to it.

    Hi from Derry

Thanks for the welcome folks. @Lawrence22 I've been recommending the Course to people. Andrew is a star, lovely fella. He pointed me in the direction of this site. He's flat out at the minute building up his Brand. @Gerryjo I wasn't sure how many Brewers there were about Town. To be honest I...

How's it going folks? I'm a newbie to Brewing, for Christmas the missus got me a ticket to a one day Home Brewing course in a place called Maiden City Brewery here in Derry. To be honest I had no interest but now I'm hooked. One of the guys running the course subsequently opened his own micro...
