    The last order I did through hbs (home brew shop) 25KG maris otter Warminster grain it really lovely grain used 500kg and .20kg of crystal malt but ive noticed when u order from hbs the more u order they adjust the price do its cheaper! and the hops are perfect all the time will always order...

    Yea was gona go for tht option my self, but thought this one will try elderflower yhen will try peach essence the next time, dried elderflower smells of anaseed,,, iam hoping the taste isnt going to be tht......hate anaseed with a passion :cry: saying tht my first brew didnt look smell good...

    Well, The wort is in the boiler now and the hops are all neally added, the cool wort beforehand was perfect clean sweet and very malty :-D The malt is maris otter but from Warminster, very nice indeed love this stuff. Wont be long now until transfer time :party: Cheers

    Hi Edindie I am using 15g for 25l as per recipe states, i got it from www.the-home-brew-shop.co.uk they are very good and quite reasonable for prices etc. and the have a good range of hops Galaxy Challenger etc. Think i paid 3 or 4 quid for 50g bag of elderflower. Paul :thumb:
