    Do you remember.

Do you remember playing 'knock door run'? Hours of fun doing that when we were growing up. I bet most kids wouldn't have a clue what you were talking about if you asked if they play it these days.

Back sweetening Turbo Cider- I can't seem to get it right.

I can't remember what type i have, but I think they are Asdas own brand.

    Do you remember.

I saw a YouTube video not so long ago where (I think) the dad had challenged his two teenage sons to make a call on one. They failed. I know we had one when I was a nippa and my nan had one when I was much older. From memory it was hard wired into a box in the hallway and not with a plug line...

    50 years of CAMRA

I'm no pub or brewery business man, but I imagine that the breweries are glad to get their beer in a big chain. Sure margins will probably to tighter, but exposure would be widespread and probably lead onto good things. I'd imagine wetherspoons provide the vouchers and not camra anyhow.

What are you drinking tonight 2021?

A bottle of Young's IPA tonight. A vast improvement since I tried one a couple of weeks ago.

    Supermini / citycar

I had a Citroen C1 on a lease for a couple of years. I'm sure it is the same as 108 I believe. It only had it as it was dirt cheap and needed a second car for a spell but I loved it and was sad to hand it back. Very nippy, I could park it anywhere, it had DAB air con etc...and virtually ran an...

    I don't understand your point?

    Do you remember.

Yep, I'm familiar with both of those. I am sure that I used one of those hand towels a couple of years ago but can't remember where.

    13 day turbo cider

That's one good thing about TC - it is drinkable straight away.

    50 years of CAMRA

I was a member for a couple of years a while ago now. I liked their ethos and support for the trade and smaller breweries and pubs. I never managed to get to any beer festivals in that time for one reason or other though, although the vouchers for use in Spoons were well received!

    force carbonating after bottle conditioning

It connects to my corny CO2 cylinder gas line using a ball lock disconnector.

Back sweetening Turbo Cider- I can't seem to get it right.

I usually go for one or two sweetener tablets which doesn't turn our too bad, but I like all sorts of cider so I'm not too fussy😁

    Cleaning a syphon tube

I used to get this problem years ago with the tube on my hydration rucksack and still do the same with my syphon tube. I fill a bowl up with diluted thin bleach such it through and then submerge the lot in it for a day or so and job done. I'm liking your tip though athumb..

    force carbonating after bottle conditioning

If you are using PET bottles, you could get a carbonation cap like this and just carb them when you want to drink them. www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07CZBQ2FH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_0TY3VQ5F26PJ9BHPMN4W?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

    First time home brew

I would pop them back into somewhere warmer for another week or so and see if they carb up more. I haven't used carb drops other than the ones I had with my Coppers starter kit years ago, but I think that was 2 drops per bottle of I remember correctly....but I could be wrong. As for other...

    Anthony Joshua v Tyson Fury

I like both of them, but I think Fury would be all over AJ like a rash.

    Smart meter [poll]

It's all part of the long term goal of a smart grid with IoT devices where 'they' will be able to monitor and charge you depending on demand and control certain things to switch on or off only when the grid can take the power load.or when the time is right. It makes sense in the long run but I...

    Corny keg

I got my single corny setup from BKT a few weeks ago. Jonny ran through it all on the phone and answered any questions and gave his advice. I had a problem with something last week and he has posted a replacement bit to me without hesitation. Highly recommended . I bought the soda stream...

Is the Meghan Interview with Oprah a big deal in the UK? Is/was Oprah Winfrey a big celeb with you folks?

Hopefully Suzanna Reid will jog off too. She gets on my nerves.

    Cerveza Kits

I've done the Coopers one a few times and it always came out very good.
