I've been dying to try my second beer, but fell ill on Christmas day so I'm saving my second secret Santa for New Year's Eve when I can hopefully appreciate it. Whoever sent it to me, please don't think I've forgotten or am being rude.

Just to add to their awesomeness, they host our Homebrew Club in amongst their fermenters. I can't say enough good things about those guys and their little brewery. They were members of the homebrew club before they went pro and are so kind to us. It's great to see them succeeding.

Thank you, it was a lovely beer! Was there any Dill in it or was that a red herring?? I see that Dill is also a flavour descriptor for Sorachi Ace.

I just kicked off my Christmas with a 'Dill With It' Table Saison (2.7%). I didn't know what to expect here but was assuming from the name that it may contain Dill. I don't eat fish so didn't really know what Dill tastes like but had a good whiff of the dried stuff from the cupboard before...

I have only tried one Cloudwater beer, which was a Helles Saaz Tettnanger back in September. It was the nicest lager I can remember drinking. Anyway, that beer isn't listed so my vote went to Rochefort 10, a beer I tried in Spa back in August which I enjoyed with a bowl of mussels and frites...
