Nearly had the same thing happen myself, went mad for 36 hours then nothing. Not sure what to do next, I'm on day ten now I know it's still early but I ferment my beer at a constant 22/23oC & 99% of the time they are finished by day 11

Sorry forgot to say, I brew all my beer and cider in the hot-press which is a constant 23/24oC, works fine for me

+1 on the Canadian blonde but use 1kg brewing sugar & 500g light spraymalt, I also just used the kit yeast & fermented at 23oC Ended up with a nice crisp lager like beer around 4.5%

I have 1 kg bag of wheat spray malt waiting to be used only problem is it's dated 02/20 is this ok to use? I don't want to chance it if it's not. It's to be used with a standard Wilko wheat kit with wb-06 yeast What do you think?

Back to my original thread I ended up using 500g light spray malt & 500g brewing sugar hop tea added on day 6 of tettnang hops The beer is clear but managed to pour a bit of loose sedemient into this one! Very tasty beer solid 8/10 Haven't had a bad Wilko kit yet
