    I have just got a second vessel (same as my first, a 25litre plastic bucket from a youngs brew buddy kit) The thought has come across me to add a tap to it to make bottling easier. With no evident location to add one and no instruction, I don't know if this is possible. Anyone tried it?

    It's 'Harris filters beer brite' has been fermenting at room temp which has been around 18 degrees during process. Going to move it out to shed now and keep there when bottled. Have you any opinion on using another 25 litre vessel as a secondary. Read it might leave to much empty space above...
