    A secret pre marinade Marinade. Try a teaspoon of bicarb 1 table of corn flour and a big squeeze of lemon mix this over meat for 30 mins before putting it into your usual marinade. The meat, chicken, beef or lamb will melt in your mouth. Try it.

    No I'm just referring to simple homebrew classes on a private small scale doesn't need all the red tape your over complicating this with. I'm not. I will leave this now.he did refer to unfermented beer which you yourself said carries no licence necessities.

    Yes so it can be passed on to pupils should he wish. I have taught many private and council run classes, I see no real obstical here.

    A gift is a gift, I'm sure pretty much anything would cost a fortune for your advice however this is a very small teaching course we are referring to not a new international brewery. Is unfermented beer classed as beer.

    No I'm not Simon, the course and free takeaway samples are separate. They only pay for the lesson, knowledge. A lesson plan is individual and its up to him what he chooses to hand out for free. Sometimes you just open an unnecessary can of worms, what's the point, would you complain your tutor...

    OK not getting dragged down with this, I've taught in schools and night college, pupils, student and adults. Taken business through planning successfully to completion. I struggle to see the difficulties some people are seem intent on fabricating. Difficulties to complcate someone's pashion.
