I use these kegs all the time, I even think the beer seems to condition better than bottles. I use a party star tap with them rather than the built in tap. I usually put in 4 1/2 sugar lumps in each keg for conditioning. I always use co2 to dispense the beer and keep it fresh. This seems to work...

I have tried it now and left it at the factory settings but set it to 15c it seems to keep quite steady +\- 1 or 2. Which I don't think will affect my fermentor much. I've not had chance to brew yet.

One of these would go well to monitor my new brew fridge alongside the 308 I'm using to control it

I've just set mine up, fridge £30, inkbird £22 and heater £13.50. Just playing about with settings anyone no if the factory settings are ok and just change temp?

I might try that recipe too, with my addition.

Use at least twice this many hops at 0 min and dry hop too, with a similar amount. This will give you a more hoppy beer. It'll be nice
