    Hi everyone, I bought a couple of all grain kits a couple of months ago, (might be longer) that I still haven't brewed cause other things got in the way. Would they stiil be ok to brew. Its all been kept dry in the box but I haven't stored the yeast in the fridge or the hops in the freezer...

    Hi Foxy, is that the same in a fermentation fridge aswell? Or is the temp sorted in there? Should I just tape the inkbird sensor onto my fermenter for the best result? Cheers.

    Hi, its this recipe https://www.thehomebrewforum.co.uk/threads/centennial-brown-ale.53514/ The only thing I changed was the crystal 40 to caramunich 2. I hit the og and final gravity. Its a wierd one. Cheers.

    Hi, I don't know if anyone's experienced this or can explain it it to me. I brewed clibits centennial brown ale a couple of weeks ago and when I tasted it at the time putting it in the fermenting bucket it had a nice taste to it. Fast forward 2 weeks and I was testing the abv for the final...

    Hi @clyne, I had a bottle of the Orkney dark island reserve clone last night. It was lovely. I think its the best thing I've brewed thus far. Its been about 8 weeks in the bottle up till now. I'll try and leave a few bottles another few weeks and see how it goes. Cheers for the recipe.

    No problem, I used 200ml in the end and left it for 4 days in the fermentation bucket. It's been bottled for 2 weeks now. It tasted lovely when I bottled it. Fg was 9.98. Abv. I'll open a bottle at Christmas. Looking forward to it. Cheers.

    Thanks for the infos everyone, really helpful. If I have more than one keg what do I need on each keg so I can just disconnect the co2 then reconnect to the other keg. I hope that makes sense. Cheers.

    Hi, thanks for the reply. How do I know when my beer is carbonated? And once its carbonated and I disconnect the co2 will it stay carbonated.? Sorry for all the questions, I haven't got a clue about it. Cheers.
