    Do these hops look ready to harvest yet?

    Too Old to brew ?

    Same here, and that set me thinking. As long as I can lift the malt pipe from the Braumeister and can mand handle a full fermenter and keg I will keep going. And when I can't I can just make smaller batches.

    Nukataps !!

    Are you using a dip tube that goes to the bottom of the keg or a floating thing? If the latter could it be drawing CO2 in? How long is your beer line? Have you used an online calculator to see what length you should have? You could try 3/16 beer line if the two options above don't help.

    I brewed a user upper Golden Ale, Pilsner Malt 37% Maris Otter 36% Simpsons Lager Malt 17% Cara Gold 10% Mash for an hour 66 C Admiral at start of boil 18 IBUs Herefordshire Goldings 7 IBUs at 15 mins EKG 2.4 IBUs at 5 mins 25g Hallertauer Mittelfrueh Whirlpool 82 c Lallemand Nottingham
