I have only used SO4 for 20 years or so. I brew 4% SMASH beers, pale in colour. I want to try a few different yeasts, so suggestions please.

I buy sparkling water in 2 litre bottles from Aldi cus I like to drink it cold from the fridge. Then I use them for home brew. Then I use them for gardening, including storing water in the greenhouse to even up temperature fluctuations.
