As far as I’m aware the yeast used to bottle condition Tally Ho is not the one used for brewing the beer.

Can any of you recommend a Pinot Noir 30 bottle kit? I have done some cheap Magnum Pinot Grigio with relatively good success but am looking for a more premium kit up to £60 but could be convinced to spend a bit more.

I hope you get it to clear and rescue this brew. I like an ease up ipa where did you get the recipe? Did you harvest the yeast from one of their mini kegs?

Yep remember it well, definitely a different taste to Branson which is still my favourite.
