This is a cracking pint. Really nice favours and very easy to drink!!! I'll definitely be making this again, or a slight version using ingredients I have at home. Would highly recommend this kit !!!

Update on this one. Not my favourite brew, but does go down well. I'm maybe not sure about the hops I used, or if dry hopping with Motueka was a success.

Yes, bit of a mess today. I did have a play with altering some numbers in the app once I had time and I think the balance of IBU and abv may not be too bad. Thankfully I didn't go OTT with upping the hop additions. Cheers all 👍

Quick update. The new tops I ordered fit the Range bottles and have seals that can easily be replaced. I haven't had time to explore a glue removal solution as yet. If I get anywhere with that I'll report back.

No, but the seals being glued on is a pain. I haven't managed to get it fully off as yet! There must be a reason they've done it (possibly to sell more tops?). I generally bottle about 10 - 12 in the swing tops (I like the ease of them) and the rest in capped bottles (great for giving away).

Thanks for that. I currently use a bottling bucket and add the required amount of sugar (in a random vol of boiled water). I may be getting an occasional infection in one or two bottles, but think it's more related to storage. I may look at direct priming and cutting our the bottling bucket...
